Prof. Spira learned of Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System from Brother Air in 2002 and by 2003 had lost over 110 pounds and cured many ailments including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, allergies, and chronic cases of bronchitis.
